Miss Rolph has been amazing throughout all of my appointments and surgery. She always welcomes me with a smile and lovely positive attitude. She has gone above and beyond to help me and make sure I am happy and comfortable at all times throughout, leading up to and after surgery. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Coming from someone who was quite nervous about having surgery! Thank you ever so much for being such a great support.

Rachel is kind, honest and sympathetic, as well as a great surgeon. I liked her the minute I met her, and felt I could trust her. I was going through a very difficult time in my personal life when I was first diagnosed, and I felt that Rachel really understood the importance of treating me as a whole person as opposed to just someone with cancer. She is a great communicator who is prepared to be honest with her patients without frightening them to death. I can not speak highly enough of her, and if every doctor was as good as she is, the NHS would be even more wonderful than it is already.

Miss Rolph goes the extra mile, not only was she concerned with the pain in my breast but also the pain in my neck & shoulders. After several mammograms and ultra sounds showing nothing in the breast, she didn’t give up. She ordered an MRI scan, which showed an abnormality then biopsies which showed up cancer. I decided on a mastectomy, which I have now had. Throughout it all I have felt safe in her hands. It has made what could have been a traumatic experience for me, in my 80th year, much easier.

Before my appointment I was terrified I would be told I had something bad, luckily I didn’t, but as soon as I stepped into the room I was greeted by the loveliest doctor (Dr Rolph) and she made me feel at ease instantly. She was thorough but gentle and a calm nature. I feel very satisfied with the care she gave me. Thank you.
